About me

I'm a data and reporting analyst with three years of work experience, about two of them in data management, CRM reporting and ERP environments. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Data Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University. I care about data quality, I'm good at turning vague requests into something clear, and I'm used to working with sales, operations and leadership. I'm now looking to bring this to product portfolio work at an enterprise software company.

At SHAA Enterprises, I pulled sales, inventory and receivables data out of the Ventura CRM, built the reports management used to make decisions, and automated much of that work in Power Automate. At IFS, I supported ERP data workflows with QA/QC checks and data integration.

Beyond reporting, I build AI automation with safeguards. Findjobs is a three-agent LLM pipeline that researches roles and drafts applications, with its limits enforced in code and every outgoing email held for my approval. I also built an approval-gated social media agent for a landscaping business: it plans and publishes the content, but nothing goes live until the owner approves it from their phone.

Performed manual functional and regression testing of CRM, ERP, clinic management and Point-of-Sale (POS) applications against business and functional requirements
Designed and executed test cases, scenarios and workflows covering application functionality, user interactions, data validation and business processes
Conducted UI, usability, cross-browser and responsive testing across screen sizes and devices to find layout, navigation, accessibility and user-experience problems
Identified, reproduced and tracked defects with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results and supporting evidence; reported them over Slack and verified fixes through retesting and regression testing
Conducted exploratory testing to find edge cases not covered by predefined test cases, using Claude AI to review test scenarios and coverage

Research and planning: agents check the live company website for changes and pull real local weather forecasts, then a content strategist builds a two-week calendar by service and market

Quality control: a QA agent blocks placeholder text and unverified claims, such as licensing or insurance statements the owner hasn't confirmed

Human in the loop: the owner approves, rejects, reschedules or requests changes over WhatsApp. Approval is tied to a fingerprint of the exact media, captions and schedule they saw, so an edited post can't go out under an old approval

Safe publishing: posts go through Meta's official Instagram API, idempotency keys prevent double posts, PAUSE ALL halts everything, and a dry-run mode tests the full pipeline without a real account
